How to ORder

Many of our customers simply call their closest Northern Stock Water office and place their order over the phone.

Alternatively, you can add products from our website to an online quote request. Once you have completed your quote request the order will be emailed directly to us.

One of our team members will be in touch with you to confirm pricing and delivery options. Once you have confirmed all the details, payment can be made over the phone or via EFT.

What are the delivery charges for orders?

Many of our products have specialist shipping requirements. Please contact your closest Northern Stock Water office to discuss the options.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit Card
We accept Visa Card and MasterCard.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
We offer EFT as a payment option. We will email you our EFT Payment Details on confirmation of your purchase.
We will then await confirmation that your payment has been made before the order will be finalised and shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A tax invoice will be issued once goods have been delivered.

How long will delivery take?
